We've put together a series of FAQs to address frequently asked questions by our customers. If your question isn't answered here, then please get in touch with us and our team is happy to help.

Q.  As the lights are made to order, how long does it take to get delivery?
A.  Normally 8 to 12 weeks from cleared payment of a 50% deposit (with the final balance to paid one week before delivery), although bespoke or larger orders may take longer. We require 100% cleared payment for international orders and discounted/sale items.

Q. How do I make payment?
A.  Bank transfer is our favoured way, and our account details are shown at the bottom of the invoice. Alternatively, we can arrange to take card payment over the phone.

Q.  Do you work with distributors in other countries?
A.  We don’t work with distributors although we can supply to distributors on a per order basis for customers. We mainly deal directly with all our customers and post our lights all over the world.

Q.  What happens if my lights arrive broken?
A.  This rarely happens but if it did we would replace your lights free of charge.

Q. Do you only deal with trade?
A.  No, we deal with direct customers too.

Q.  Do you sell through retail shops?
A.  Not usually. Our main customers are interior and lighting designers and architects.

Q.  If I am a trade customer how do I create an account?
A.  All you need to do is prove you are trade - in most instances a professional website would be all that’s required. Please fill in your trade details on our contact page.

Q.  Can I visit your showroom?
A.  Yes, we have a showroom in our studio in Wirksworth, Derbyshire. We also use two Martin Moore Kitchen showrooms in London that have examples of our lights. They are in Notting Hill and Fulham and you can book an appointment online.

Q.  Can I see some examples of your lights in London?
A.  Of course. We have our lights displayed at two Martin Moore Kitchen locations. You can arrange appointments at the Notting Hill showroom for examples of our Triptych Stacks, and Single Pendants at the Fulham Showroom. Please book an appointment online.

Q.  How do I order Samples?
A.  Our sample packs can be ordered on our contact page here.

Q.  Do you ever have a sale?
A.  We have seconds we sell all year round with a 30% discount. When we have a sale we let customers know in our mail outs, so remember to subscribe!

Q.  Can you blow different shape shades to the ones in your range?
A.  Yes we can. We don’t use moulds so, within reason, we can blow a shape specially for you- however, we have a strict policy that we will not directly copy current designs from other lighting companies, all our lights are original in design.

Q.  How large can you make your chandeliers?
A.  Within reason we can make them as large as you want. They can be specially made for your space.
